Services Description

Crew Digital provides AI product engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, business intelligence, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for you under a signed agreement are transferred to you upon full payment.
• We retain the right to use any general knowledge, skills, and techniques acquired during the engagement.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required information, resources, and decision-makers
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to any materials or content you provide
• Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, customer data, and any other information explicitly designated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Crew Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You must not use our website to distribute malware or harmful code
• We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of our website at any time

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the signed Service Agreement. Crew Digital reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, provided that any work completed up to the point of termination is compensated.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
